Job Description

• Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.

• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, height, and weight.

• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.

• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living.

• Collect samples for laboratory testing and perform basic wound care.

• Observe patients’ conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Prepare patients and treatment areas for medical procedures.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.

• Follow infection control policies and healthcare regulations.
